Smålandsgården

This is the second time we've been to the hotel. We really like it, the breakfast, closeness to the lake, sauna, kayak hire, etc. The restaurant is also very good. You are about 15-20 minutes from Granna (the closest town) so not having to move for amenities is appreciated.

Very nice indeed, even more pretty than the pictures. The staff is incredible attentive and service minded going the extra step to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Chill place to stop and spend some time. Beautiful nature around, good hospitality, clean and cozy accommodation.

the location on the lake is absolutely amazing. it's a really beautiful place.

we specifically asked before we booked if there is a restaurant on site, since we arrived after a long drive from Stockholm with a young child. we were promised that despite it is off season, there will be food for us. furthermore, the booking mentioned a possibility for a good breakfast for an extra fee, which we counted on. However when we arrived the restaurant was closed and the owner did not offer any food! nor did he offer any compensation for our disappointment. we had to drive further at night to look for something to eat. very disappointing.
