Villa Poduniz

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, plus it was perfectly clean. The interior design was so cute, it's clear that Andriano and his wife enjoy taking care of it and add their talent at decorating. The view from the terrace was amazing and we loved eating sat outside, enjoying the sunset. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops were nearby in walking distance. It couldn't have been more perfect!!

Echt een fantastisch huis!! Groot, heel leuk ingericht. Overal goed werkende airco. Fijne bedden. Een heel aardige gastheer, bij vragen snel beschikbaar. Het ontbrak ons echt aan niks deze vakantie! Het was voortreffelijk!! Ik kan echt niks bedenken wat verbeterd zou kunnen worden. Het was voor ons een dikke 10. Zou het iedereen aanraden.

Veľmi príjemný majiteľ, boli sme tu už asi 3x na dovolenke, radi sa sem vrátime. Bývali sme už aj jednej aj druhej ville. Vždy veľmi čisté a skvele vybavené ubytovanie. Komunikácia super, Andriano je veľmi milý ochotný človek. Parkovanie je veľké a priamo na pozemku, krásna záhrada, upravená, olivovníky a figovník na pozemku, veľmi príjemné. Klimatizácia je v každej izbe zvlášť + v obývačke tiež.., Terasa s krásnymi západmi slnka, orientovaná na more. Skrátka všetko čo potrebujete, pekné pohodlné, čisté. V Punate sú krásne pláže, kam sme chodili kvoli deťom autom - len 5 minút.

Všetko bolo super. Možno jedine to, že kohútiky na batériách v jednej ville v kúpeľniach boli otočné, čo robilo deťom trošku problém pri nastavení vody. Ale potom si zvykli :)
