The upper floor apartment (100m2) with separate entrance suitable for 4-7 persons .The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, as well as two refrigerators, coffee maker, etc. The large bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin.
The kl. Bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
The living room has a television with TV Astra satellite connection is with German channels.
The balcony which is approx 30m2 has garden furniture with 2 beds as well as 2 awnings with electric drive.
From the balcony you have a beautiful sea view, where you can take your meals.
The apartment is especially recommended for 2 parties, the fact that a bedroom including bath or Toilet and shower is separated by a hallway to gehörigem and an extra door, so that one has an extra apartment quasi in an apartment.

Ich fasse mich kurz.
Die Wohnung in 1 Etage ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns da zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage; das Haus ist in einer Ruhige Wohngegend, aber in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die City. In der Nähe gibts ein Supermarkt. Die Gastgeber; sehr nette, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Familie! Wer ein erholsamen Familien Urlaub machen will, ist bei Fam. K******c gut aufgehoben!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Garten mit Feigenbäumen. Man hat alles was man braucht. Es war alles tadellos sauber und die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr sympathisch. Jeder Wunsch wird erfragt und gerne nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Immer wieder gerne.

Grosszügige, modern eingerichtete, technisch perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung (moderne Küche-2 Kühlschränke, Mikro, Geschirrsp./ Sat-TV mit Flachbildschirm/ Waschmaschine im Haus) mit grosser Terasse (Essplatz für 6 Pers., 2 Ruheliegen, elektr. Markise), Wohn- und Essbereich, 2 Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum. Unverbauter 180° Blick auf das Meer vor Punat. Am Ortsrand sehr ruhig gelegen, zu Fuß in 8 Minuten am Hafen und der lebhaften kleinen Altstadt, mit Fahrzeug (Auto/Fahrrad) in 5 Min. am Kies- Sandstrand mit einigen Bequemlichkeiten (Rutschen, Cafe´s, einfache Restaurants, gute Parkmöglichkeit), gut zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln im klaren Wasser, auch für kleinere Kinder. Gute und sichere Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück, grosszügiger Garten mit frische Feigen vom Baum. Sehr angenehmer, kompetenter, perfekt Deutsch sprechender, immer erreichbarer Eigentümer, der im Ort vernetzt ist und sehr gut berät. Strategisch gute Lage von Punat mit kurzem Weg ( max. 15 Min) nach Baska oder Krk, den beiden Hauptorten auf der Insel. Wir (3 Erw. plus zwei 9-jährige Jungs) waren mit Allem sehr zufrieden
EINE BESSERE UNTERKUNFT MUSS MAN ERST EINMAL FINDEN.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super, genau wie auf den Fotos.
Die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Traum, mit Blick aufs Meer.
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Kann man nur empfehlen!
