In the village of Kornić, on a gentle hill, next to the well-known tourist town of Punat, there is a holiday house Olive Tree. The house is surrounded by beautiful green areas and olive trees and offers everything you need for a quiet and relaxing holiday. House is 700m from the beach, restaurants and all sights that the nearby town of Punat offers. Nearby is the small island of Kosljun with its famous Franciscan monastery, which you can visit on a tourist ship. The villa has 3 bedrooms, sofa bed for 2 people in the living room and two bathrooms.
On the ground floor of the 110 m2 holiday home there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, microwave, freezer), a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The nearest beach is 700 meters away, the nearest market is 500 meters and the restaurant is 700 meters away.
Next to the swimming pool in the garden is a gazebo with a large table, where you can really relax with your family and friends. A large terrace, with breathtaking views of the entire bay, ensures a pure sea scent for pure enjoyment.

The house is build in the first row, only 1 neighbor on 1 side,
Friendly owners, they help where they can (one airconditioner went on and off functioning, they did everything to solve that)
they where in the middle of renovating this old house when Corona came, so one bathroom is already beautiful new, the other one still old, same with doors, windows and beds, still the old ones, (situation July 2023) but all on the roll to be renewed.
the entire estate is surrounded by stone wall or fence, so our 2 small dogs could walk free in and out the house
there is 1 shadowed parking space inside the surrounding and about 4 more outside.
at one side off the house there is a open but roofed outside area with large oval table and stone grill, ideal place to be during the day as there is always some wind, what’s very pleasant when it’s between 30 and 35 degrees Celsius!
there is another round table in the front, both with 6 chairs and a nice sitting for 4 people facing the pool, 5 sunbathing beds and 3 parasols complete the picture.
The view is very nice on Punat bay, the beach is a 10 minute walk downhill, a bakery is 5 minutes uphill and 5 minutes further there is a Market and a nice little Restaurant called Konoba Marea.
The best at this property is the pool, it is large, about 1,5 meters deep and you can really swim and play ball in it, it’s not heated, water temperature during our stay was about 26 degrees, which was really nice in the warmth!

Wir wurden von den Eigentümern sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Highlight ist natürlich der schöne Garten mit dem Pool, von dort hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Punat. Essentiell war die Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage in zwei Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnbereich bei dieser großen Hitze. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Vermieter waren für Rückfragen immer erreichbar, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Für unseren Hund war das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück mit dem Garten optimal.
Insgesamt ein entspannter, perfekter Urlaub!

The house is located in a marvelous location in the first line of buildings next to olive groves. Several old olive trees grow in the backyard garden, which provide a unique atmosphere. The great advantage of the house is the close integration of the interior with the garden and adjacent terraces. The house and the pool are well cared for. The view from the house at the bay is stunning. The owner of the house is very pleasant and helpful. This place is ideal for families who look for a peaceful place to relax.
