1 The owner, Victor, is very helpful and kind. 2 The flat is in a very vital location. 3 The flat is fully equipped with all gadgets which a family needs. 4 There is a supermarket opposite the building (Carrefour Express) Actually there are many factors which make it a better choice.
Indeed there are nothing to be said in this issue but it is expensive for those who has an economy budget to stay at (165€ is approximately per night at the end of June). I advised the owner to set clocks for time 🙂.
