We liked the welcome pack and were happy with the layout of the accommodation for our party of five.
There was a leak from under the basin in the top bathroom, which was repaired the same day we called your emergency number.

The milk in the fridge and courtesy free food samples were appreciated. The bedding and towels were excellent quality.
There were lots of ants all the time on the kitchen worktops and over the kitchen floor. They were coming in through the window frame (near the kitchen worktops). It was a shame but stopped us cooking a meal, as they were everywhere and one of our party nearly swallowed one in her coffee. We still gave our score for this house, as "excellent", because the ants were just bad luck and I am sure that the property owners will sort this out now that they know.
