廻りの環境が住宅地で静かで、買い物も歩きで出来て良かった 近所の青森魚介センターの鮪の赤身と中おちがお勧めです。また、お掃除スタッフの方々が親切でした。
室温がなかなか下がらす暑かった

ねぶた祭りの特定日であっても3人で泊まれた点。 駐車場が満車でなかった点。
駐車場は3ナンバー車は満車だとテクが必要な広さ。ただでさえ狭いのに金属製のハシゴが駐車スペース横にあったが、ドア開閉時は運転席からは視界に入らないので開く時は要注意だった。 キーボックスが通知の番号では開かず、電話して教えてもらった番号で開いた。ゆっくり押すようにとのことだったが、操作音を確認しながら押した結果なので、操作ミスではなかったはず。 キッチン側の窓の為、朝陽が登ったら明るくて5時に目が覚めてしまった。遮断出来る衝立があると良かった。
