We were extremely happy with our stay. The room with direct access to the pool was absolutely amazing and made the experience very special and relaxing. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The location near Nai Yang Beach was also very convenient.
Nothing significant to mention. Everything met our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay.

It’s nice and close to the airport which is great after a long travel day, staff are lovely! Our room was so clean and comfortable, really liked our stay here! We were only here for 1 night but it was great for what we needed

Quite close to the airport, has free transport to airport 3 set times, extremely friendly staff who go out there way to assist you.

1.There is no toilet soap in the bathroom to wash your hands....we asked and they told us that the hotel does not provide soap...really? This is the most ridiculous thing that happened to us in a hotel... the hygiene and post-coronavirus rules did not pass here.
2.They wanted to charge us for the towel for our daughter and the hotel rules that were in the room said that it was free of charge... very dodgy.
3. The curtains in the room are not black out, when it dawns all the light comes in and that's why we couldn't sleep anymore.
