Awesome slides for the kids, breakfast was nice, great location, and Friendly staff.
Be careful at the pool area. It’s super slippery and you can fall. Staff was nice and helpful when you needed anything but they seemed a bit stretched thin at times. Overall nothing we really didn’t like.

Having the waterslides
I emailed about gluten free options at the breakfast without response. I also find it unusual in this day and age vitro have a few items that staff know are safe and are in a location of their own

Great location, great pool and slides for kids , good buffet and most of the stuff are friendly and helpful.
The lack of response and assistance regarding my reservation completely tainted the experience. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I am still waiting for either my refund or, at the very least, a meaningful response. The poor communication and lack of customer support have been extremely disappointing.
