The staff was very helpful, and the cabin was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The hot tub was fun, and the kitchen was roomy. However, a better place for the smart TV would be the living room.
Our family can't wait to return. The accommodations were beautiful and close enough to all the attractions to grab an inexpensive Uber ride, but not so close as to be bothered by the noise and crowds. I can't wait to come back, and I hope to stay on the Gatlinburg side so I can spot a bear🐻 (from afar, of course). 😁🔭
We genuinely enjoyed our family time in this spacious cabin that had an amazing view of the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
We would have liked the Smart TV to be downstairs in the family area, but everything else was perfect.

The hot tub and Morning view was amazing
Hardly any outdoor lights, lacked some cleanliness.
