The parking entrance was under construction. We did not use it. We used the street and pay hourly. It was terrible to find place! The property told us that will return us the value of the parking taxes

The closeness to the city beach is a big plus. It is a five minute slow walk including one traffic light to the nearest place on the beach. Its also 5 minutes to the next supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant or playground (a rather small one). Due to external management everything went smoothly.

Everything has seen a lot of use and that shows. The kitchen is just a bit to small. Its either cooking or washing dishes. Both at the same time will not work. The place wasn't really clean in the beginning which made it hard to keep it clean. The trash does not really fit under the sink, it is just a bit to big, which prevents opening the lid without pulling it out, which in turn prevents closing the cupboard. The lights in the kitchen/living room are cold white which is good for cooking but quite uncomfortable for spending time.

The location indeed unbeatable - 3 minutes from the city beach. Plenty of space for 2 people. A big fridge and two air conditioning devices.

Well.... As stated in some previous reviews - the sink in the kitchen is still broken, the pillows still extremely thin and uncomfortable. It was not clean, i mean, not by any standards... All the kitchen full of stains, the cattle was already rusty, the toaster as well. All the walls were dirty, the windows look like they were never cleaned. The balcony from the kitchen/dining room was as dirty as the other from the bedroom. The parking place is very tight, so if you have a big SUV or a van it will be a real challenge to get it in place. Overall, not satisfied at all, unfortunately, and the attention to detail is almost non existent
