The detached villa, built in 1982 and renovated in 2000, is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Golf 3-hole putting green and long-stroke golf box.

Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and air conditioner. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (50 l, freezer) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, TV and air conditioner. Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and air conditioner. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet. Separate toilet with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Living room with TV. You have access to the balcony.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ližnjan. The villa is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars).
