Superb

Very friendly and helpful host. Lot of space for parking and storing the bicycles. Easy to reach Medulin Center. The location is quiet. I can recommend this place and will book it again next time.

Super clean apartment and the garden with pool and parking was great! Beds comfy. Lovely hosts. Okey kitchenette.

A bit far to walk to the harbour when it is 30 degrees. Bathroom needs hooks and the mirror/vanity has to be replaced. AC was supposed to be very efficiant but actually it was the least efficiant we experienced on our visits in Croatia.....

Big parking, nice outdoor pool shared between couple of villas, helpful owners

A lot of mosquitos and other insects, room was next to the stairs for first floor so it was little noisy at times, beds were not very comfortable

Great accommodation with exceptional hospitality by Croatian family

Great accommodation surrounded by a big garden with a swimming pool and lovely terrace where you have an amazing sunset view. The hosts are very welcoming - within a short time you feel like to be part of a big family! No matter what problem or need you have they’re always around to help and to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I never experienced such a great hospitality - very highly recommended!!

Außergewöhnliche neue Apartments in perfekter zentraler, ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 SZ gebucht, hat unseren Erwartungen übertroffen! war sehr großzügig angelegt, zwar schon etwas abgewohnt aber sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. es war komplett (incl Putz-und Küchenutensilien) ausgestattet, alles was man zum kochen brauchst. Bad neu renoviert mit Handtüchern wie von zu Hause! Betten super gut mit beziehbaren Decken, wenn das wer möchte. Klimaanlage und W-lan funktionierten super. im 3 Stock konnten wir sogar das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Die Anlage (besteht aus 3 Gebäuden und wird von einem Geschwisterpaar, das in Ö aufgewachsen ist und Deutsch sprechen, betrieben) ist sehr großzügig angelegt, sehr schöner, liebevoll gepflegter Garten, 2 Pools (ein Salzwasserpool wurde erst kürzlich ganz neu eröffnet) große Frühstücksterrasse zum verweilen, es gibt dort immer kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser. Getränke kann man sich ganz unkompliziert aus den Kühlschränken nehmen und dies aufschreiben. 1 Gebäude ist gerade in der Endphase der Renovierung und in ein paar Tagen stehen super tolle neue moderne Apartments zu Verfügung!! sehr zu empfehlen!! Die Lage ist top! Supermärkte, Zentrum, Hafenpromenade und Strände alles fußläufig erreichbar. Mario war extrem nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, hatte sehr gute Tipps bereit und war auch immer erreichbar. Ebenso sämtliches Personal war sehr freundlich und las uns die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Wir fühlten uns rundherum sehr wohl und zufrieden und haben die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert, wer ein wenig abseits vom Trubel aber trotzdem sehr ruhig mitten in der Stadt sein möchte.
