The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Your villa consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (15 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the 16 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa and dinette. You have access to the covered balcony to the covered terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m) and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
