Each day started with solid breakfast and great coffee. Located very close to Prospect Park and public transportation.
Minor signs of age in a 100 year old house (entramce door that sticks, steep stairs to our room).

The email with the log in code - somehow I didn't read far enough down to see that the door code was already set up. Suggest movong that up in the arrival email & putting it in bold for lazy/busy readers.

The innkeeper, Phil, was very personable, and the location was good (near family).
Information about the closest subway, recommended restaurants and stores, and other details about the neighborhood would have been helpful. Also, we could have used instructions on how to connect to TV/Streaming services. Although the facility was comfortable, the steps are problematic for us. Thus, we probably won't return.

Wonderful staying, very NYC. The owners are friendly and caring. The room was perfect and I met there a lot of interesting people. Hope to be back next year
