La posizione é ottima e L'appartamento si trova jn un buon contesto.
La pulizia é quasi inesistente. Odori di muffa, pavimenti sporchissimi, lenzuola inesistenti o sporche (meno male c'erano i piumini). Almeno la doccia e il bagno si salvano
