We were two families who stayed 9 days in the beautiful house. Everything was perfect. The house was clean and with plenty space for 8 people. Nice to have separate bathrooms for every room.The pool area and terrace was wonderful, and the possibility for activities such as snooker and table tennis was great! We enyoyed it fully and would definitely consider to come back some other time.

Not enough stars to rate this place. Excellent communication with our hosts prior to our holiday. We met them at the villa with the keys and from hen on we just had a fantastic holiday. The villa was fantastic. Better that the pictures on the website show. We had no cause to trouble our hosts who had property nearby should the need to contact them arise. The surrounding area is lovely and stunning. We ate out locally and had 1 or 2 BBQs at the villa. I recommend the restaurant at the bottom of the road Restaurant Due Fratelli. Also the restaurants in Labin although you will need to book these to secure a sitting. I recommend visiting the town of Labin and Rabac and for a splashing time visit the waterpark in Porec.

Other road users are not courteous on the roads which are sometimes narrow and windy. Language can also be a barrier at times We booked a Kayak day with Istra Kayak through trip advisor and were given minimal information and it was like treasure hunt trying to find the place
