This beautiful villa near Labin is located in the beautiful green Istrian countryside, surrounded by an olive grove on a 3600 m2 plot, only about 5 km from the sea. Villa Ripenda Labin can accommodate 8 people in 4 cozy and stylishly furnished bedrooms. The first floor consists of a spacious living and dining area and an equipped kitchen. One bathroom and one of the four bedrooms are also located on the first floor, while the other three bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, are located on the upper floor. The villa's garden is spacious, and is perfect for enjoying the beautiful surrounding nature from the private pool or the outdoor lounge and dining area. A sauna and fitness machine are also at your disposal. Enjoy your time in this fantastic villa and take the opportunity to truly relax as this is the ideal place to do so.Labin is a medieval town, situated on a hill above the magical Kvarner coast. Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town offer well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town has some excellent fish restaurants, with delicious local produce, as well as cozy cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The coastal town of Labin is Rabac, once a fishing village and now a pretty seaside town with many pebble beaches and excellent restaurants. You can hire a boat and explore the hidden coves along the coast, or go on a fishing trip in a fishing boat. In the evening, Rabac is a wonderful place to stroll by the sea and dine in one of the many fish restaurants with terraces by the water. Rabac is known as the 'pearl of the Kvarner Bay' because of its small fishing village atmosphere, breathtaking bays and crystal-clear water.
