Hotel is clean , accommodating/friendly staff, with decent breakfast, a short walk to alona beach (but be careful walking because there a lot of scattered dog poops. The hotel was not fully booked during our stay, Check in time is 2pm and check out is at 11am. You are required to PAY P300.00 per hour for an early check in and late check. NO SPECIAL PRIVILEDGE for RETURNING GUESt or even for AGODA members. The water at the hotel's small dip 5 feet pool seems has never been replaced for decades, they do morning daily cleaning but water is still blurry. I will never go back to this hotel, AGODA member beware.
