The ski boots drying program was starting too early,, before arriving at the location, so the next morning, the ski boots were wet.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, modern, spacious with lots of natural light. The main bedroom was big and had a door to the balcony which wrapped around all the way, past the living room window, to the kitchen door. There was a table with several chairs outside the kitchen/living room area to enjoy the mountain view. The second bedroom was smaller with 2 single beds along the wall, a desk and wardrobe. Kitchen had everything apart from a microwave.

Our booking was from Tuesday until Sunday (5 nights). We received a message from the owners after our booking was already confirmed, asking us if we could arrive and depart one day earlier because a guest who has been staying with them for many years wanted to arrive on Saturday. Due to our flight we couldn't change the booking, but explained that if the guest was important that we would cancel. They replied that they would find a solution and kept our booking. We assumed that the owners spoke English based on the correspondence. We arrived at the property at approximately 18:30, the wife (didn't catch her name because she didn't introduce herself or ask our names) asked in German how our journey was and immediately showed us around the apartment and where the recycling bins were. The day before our departure, as I arrived after a day out, her son, who spoke English, asked what time we were going to leave and I replied by 10:00 because we had to drive to the airport. The day we checked out, the wife knocked and opened the door at exactly 10:00 with her cleaning bucket in hand and said, can we start/come in because my next guest will arrive. She must have been referring to her important guest of 30 years. She could see that our car was still in the driveway. All our bags were at the door, we were checking to make sure that we hadn't left anything behind. My husband asked for 5 more minutes. The 3rd morning of our stay, when we opened the balcony doors, we were hit by the overpowering smell of fertilizer. It was impossible to leave the windows open or sit outside and enjoy the view because the smell was so strong. So for the last 3 days of our stay, the windows and doors had to stay shut. This was our 3rd trip to Austria and we've never experienced anything like this.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wunderschöner Ausblick. Tolle Ausgangslage zum Skifahren. Saubere, neuwertige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Über den Brötchenservice haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment in angenehm ruhiger Lage. Wir haben als Familie ein paar wunderbare Tage hier verbracht. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Nähe zum Freizeitpark, der dank der Tourismuskarte (ext. Kosten) täglich kostenlos besucht werden kann – vor allem für Kinder bis etwa 10 Jahre ein echtes Paradies. Die Gastgeber sind besonders herzlich und sympathisch, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.

Im Hause Niedermoser fühlt man sich sehr willkommen. Alles ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Das Apartment ist ausreichend für 2 Personen, der Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge war super. Es war ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder.
