Two bedroom apartment in the heart of the historic center of Cascais, 2 minutes from the beach and surrounded by all kinds of commerce and services, restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment has a bedroom with private bathroom and another bedroom on the lower floor, a living room and kitchenette area and a small patio where you can enjoy an outdoor meal.

This apartment, fully refurbished, is located in the heart of the historic center of Cascais, surrounded by all kinds of commerce and services. Restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and local craft shops right on your doorstep. The beach is 130 metres away, a 2-minute walk away. The train station to Lisbon is 650 yards away. Couldn't have a better location!
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette with hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and blender.
In the living room there is LDC TV with international channels. Wi-FI internet is available throughout the house.
There is a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer available.
A door and a few small steps separate this floor from another room, also with a double bed. In this room you can access a small patio where you can enjoy a meal or a moment of leisure in all privacy.

Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.

Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;
Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to recreational or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting,drivers, guided tours, among many others.
Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.

The property was as advertized. The fact there were no windows in the main space made it dark, and musty with the main door, and downstairs door closed. Needs better air access. There is a nightclub in the same building, downstairs, and they play music until 4 am. THe sound vibrated the room, and sleeping was impossible. The agency accommodated me with another option to occupy.

A perfect base to explore Cascais and the Lisbon area. 10 mins walk to train station, five to the beach. Lots of great restaurants, etc. Very high service levels and quality communication from managers.
