The place was very cozy, simply all you might need for your stay in Cascais. The apartment was well equipped even with small details like toys for sand for the kids or sun umbrella. All was clean and very welcoming.

Everything. The apartment was wonderful, immaculately clean, contained everything you would need, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The apartment was perfectly located in the historical old town.

Its location (really central in a nice quiet part of Cascais), decor, and the communication with the host (who we didn't meet but who was very amicable throughout). Also, small things which were very helpful included the fact that there was washing-up liquid, detergent etc available in the property.
There is a problem with dampness in the apartment. Also, there is a TV in the apartment but it only offers a small number of local stations, so not of much interest or use to non-natives of Lisbon. And, finally, the outdoor space is disappointing.
