W apartamencie było czysto, duża ilość łazienek, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, blisko do piekarni, sklepu, apteki czy pociągu.
Film na YouTube opisujący jak dostać się do apartamentu wprowadza w błąd - nie było żadnej metalowej kasetki na zewnątrz, w której miały być chipy do otwarcia klatki schodowej. Dzwoniłem do właściciela ale nie odbierał. Po 10 minutach ktoś wchodził do budynku i dzięki temu udało nam się też wejść. Opis wprowadza w błąd - nie ma żadnych 3 miejsc parkingowych, jest publiczny parking, który jest zajęty i trzeba dużego szczęścia by znaleźć wolne miejsce. Salon i kuchnia dość mała - nie ma szans by zmieściło się tam przy stole więcej niż 6 dorosłych osób jednocześnie.
