A lovely barn conversion within an easy walk of Fowey and surrounded by fabulous walks.

Location was quite and good parking
Wrong key code given, no instruction to connect to the wifi and brambles across the path to the front door

Great location for walking down in to Fowey (despite the steep climb back up!).
The interior walls are paper thin upstairs!
No bottle opener in kitchen - husband couldn’t open his beer!
The driveway in to the cottages would benefit from some lighting (pitch black when returning at night).

We loved our stay! Olli the caretaker was extremely efficient and accommodating and so was Stephen, the owner, who allowed us to stay an extra night as we enjoyed the place so much :) Extremely spacious and cosy cottage, lovely kitchen very well equipped, very clean throughout, beds were so comfortable, water and heating really hot and on demand, a choice of great dvd’s/TV and good WiFi… or silence to listen to the birds chirping or the clock ticking in the evenings, sunny little garden at the back and front with sitting area and benches, gravelled drive with our car parked just outside the cottage’s entrance, which is a luxury in Fowey, shortcut to Fowey via the college or top of the town to the oldest pub in town the Ship Inn (15mns!) what’s not to love about Mill Cottage! We’ll be back!
Maybe more loo roll 😃 and… a real wood burner!?😎
