The pool area features comfortable beach chairs and there is a covered outdoor dining area next to a private gas grill for your convenience.

This area is very tranquil and peaceful and you have your own beach in front of the house with a pier to enjoy the breeze of the ocean. Placencia Village is a 25-minute drive away.
