The actual room was the best part. It was an igloo design made of heavy plastic. So, you could see out all sides and the ceiling. It was in the mountains surrounded by trees. It was raining hard that night and the wind was blowing. We watched the trees dance above our head while seeing the stars and the moon. The next morning, we actually ordered breakfast to the room. It was excellent. The fruit was fresh and the meal was filling. The staff was very accommodating since this was a last minute reservation.

Lovely place to stay. 1700m so cooler which was great. Nice walks to waterfalls and best of all, magical display of fireflies from the veranda! Staff were charming and helpful.

This place is literally out of this world beautiful, whimsical, and perfect! San Vicente Hideaway is easily one of the best places I’ve stayed in the world. It’s tucked away in a cloud forest with breathtaking views, delicious eats, a whimsical mushroom garden, and the gateway to a national park with breathtaking waterfalls. This place is family-owned by amazingly talented and hospitable siblings as well!
That I couldn’t love there permanently haha
