This is one of the few condos that have been updated with top notch stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and custom cabinets. Get a great night sleep on the new memory foam mattresses on both full and master kings size beds! Enjoy the soft sands of the Gulf with only a 3 minute walk to the west and deep blue bay waters a few steps to the east from the Runaway Bay dock. So many amenities to list.... the island life is calling you!

I was very, very happy with it. Only issue was the screen door was broken, but really a non-issue! Loved having the beach right there, as well as walking distance to so much!! ( could have been more toilet paper)

We really enjoyed our stay at runway bay. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The abundance of beach towels was very helpful. The full size washer and dryer allowed us to wash towels / swimsuits daily. The bonus closet in the master bedroom was great for storing cases of water and luggage. The closet on the veranda had great beach toys, a wagon and more. I added a couple floats I brought with me that I didn't want to drag home. The beach was close by and access was easy but that part of the beach is pretty busy compared to other beaches we have been to. We did like the fact that the sand bar was very close so you could go out pretty far and still be waist/chest deep.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you!

There were several areas that needed attention. Supposedly there was no smoking allowed and no pets, yet there were ashes on the balcony table and there was pet hair on the throw pillows and the floor in the living room. There were sugar ants in the kitchen and the counter tops were sticky. The freezer was filthy.
