Apartment Anna Vysehrad

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment. The location is excellent, especially for anyone attending events at the Prague Congress Centre, which is just a short walk away. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. It has two balconies on opposite sides of the apartment, which was a lovely feature. The bedrooms are large, with very comfortable king-size beds, beautifully made with high-quality bedding. Plenty of fresh towels were also provided. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need—and even things you wouldn't think of. It is clear that the hosts have put a great deal of thought into ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome treats waiting for us on arrival. The owner and his daughter, who was our main point of contact, were both incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, and they were always happy to assist with anything we needed. We were travelling with our baby, and the cot had been beautifully prepared with fresh bedding before our arrival, which was a lovely touch and made us feel truly welcome.

We happened to visit Prague during one of the most exceptional heatwaves in the last decade. Despite the apartment being in a traditional building with good cross-ventilation, it was naturally quite warm without air conditioning. That said, the hosts responded immediately and kindly brought us a fan, which we really appreciated. Fortunately, if these temperatures truly only occur once every ten years, future guests probably have nothing to worry about!

The apartment reminded.me.of.my grandmother's place. In a good way! The almost 1960s atmosphere was a.welcome.change from the forgettable Instagram monoculture that seems to dominate most apartments on booking these days. While the atmosphere was retro, the facilities like beds, bathroom and kitchen were all new and modern. The kitchen was well equipped and apart from basic spices for cooking, coffee, tea chocolate and beer was kindly provided by the hosts. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, something that I also appreciate. The hosts were very helpful in finding a place nearby where I could leave my car. Parking in front of the house is only possible for unloading, as it is a resident's parking zone However, there is a P+R at the Congress Center nearby that charges 100czk per 24h (Follow the blue lane! If you take an entrance too early you will end up at the Holiday Inn's parking which costs 500czk.) The location of the apartment could not be better, especially for families with smaller children. The park in Vysehrad with its large playground is in walking distance. So are metro, tram stops, groceries and shops. (Penny, DM and a nice little toy shop called Agatin Svet are all in the same place, 5min by foot from the apartment).

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Bad, WC, Küche modern. Es war alles da, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Zimmer waren grosszügig, Betten bequem Unkomplizierter Kontakt, nett, flexibel ÖV und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe und trotzdem sehr ruhig Sehr empfehlenswert
