The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 35" TV. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, twin over full beds and a TV along with access to a private bath with a tub shower combo.
The balcony has 4 high top chairs and a table for dining outside. Enjoy access to the beach front pool, co- ed fitness center with a sauna and steam room and two lighted tennis courts. The pool is heated October through May. Beach service is available. This unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Beautiful views with comfortable appointments

We spent Christmas in this unit with our 3 adult children. The space was perfect size for our family. Views and location was great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of family room for 5 adults. Kitchen was a good size. A little low on cooking equipment however the management group responded quickly and brought over the roasting pan I needed for Christmas dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice, in a great location, on a great beach. The management company was timely with all communications and check in was seamless.
There were a few minor things that would have made this an amazing experience. The biggest issue was that one of the sliding doors did not lock, however, the maintenance team came right away to fix it. There were a few missing light bulbs- which would have been nice to have, and it would have been great to have beach towels provided and more silverware. In general, the space, was large, had most of the things we needed, the area has a lot to do, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you!!

The place was beautiful but had microwave issues and the master TV never worked!!
Kind of the main one needed to work.
I called about a partial one day redund and denied. One of the kids had to go to the ER and has pneumonia so we checked out a day early.
I believe the owner (if told) might partially reimburse me for that situation. But you’d have to tell them. I’d like for them to know and if they are good. People I believe they would do something about that.
