With 1800 square feet of newly renovated comfort, this corner unit on the 7th floor offers one of the best sunset views of the Emerald Coast. Experience two walls of wrap-around windows, giving a panoramic beach view from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and private sliding glass door balcony.
With the beach in your backyard, getting to the water has never been easier. Your access to Emerald Tower’s private beach includes the complimentary seasonal setup of two chairs and one umbrella. And when you’re not lounging in the sun, enjoy the city! Located in the heart of Destin, you’ll be within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, golfing, resorts, groceries, bars, and more. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation or a getaway with the girls, it’s all right here.
Recently remodeled, we’ve modernized our condo to feel light and spacious, giving you room to relax and unwind. Featuring a new open floor plan, crisp cabinets and counters, updated kitchen appliances, fresh paint and colors, luxurious up-to-date tiling, and new furniture throughout the entire space. We know how comfortable these changes have made our family and are excited to share them with you.
A beloved family getaway, we’ve fully stocked the condo to be comfortable and truly have you feeling “at home”. The kitchen is conveniently equipped with cookware, pans, bowls, and utensils, all the essentials you need for easy meals in. Enjoy our new stainless steel kitchen appliances including a nearly silent dishwasher. A separate ice-maker provides never-ending ice for your beach cooler, keeping your drinks cold all day long. In the living room, we’ve created a high-quality media center with a 46” LCD TV, surround sound speakers, and Blu-ray player. The master bedroom also has a new LCD TV.
Emerald Towers Resort is a low-density high-rise condominium complex with just 84 units to share all the amenities. Two full-service elevators make it easy to jump back and forth between the condo and the beach. The swimming pool’s deck area offers lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas to enjoy while you take a dip or cook out on the newly installed grills. The exercise room, which overlooks the pool and the beach, is equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical machine, and weights. There are also two lighted tennis courts on the property for your use.
Emerald Towers prides itself on being a family friendly environment. You can feel safe in this gated community with an onsite security guard. It’s Emerald Towers policy not to rent to anyone under the age of 25. For your convenience, your keys will be waiting at the front desk when you arrive for a seamless check-in. We are certain that you will enjoy a relaxing vacation if you choose to visit. You’ll want to return year after year, just like we have.

Fabulous view! The views from the condo windows and balcony were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay at the Family Corner Condo. We liked that each bedroom had its own attached bathroom. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive to our questions and the check-in process was very easy.

Great views, spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our stay was amazing and perfect for our family. The host was very nice and responsive. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Robert and his daughter were fantastic. There was a tiny mishap at check-in, but they made it right as quick as they could with great communication. My family and I will definitely be staying there again. It was clean and comfortable and had amazing views.

This 7th floor corner rental was exactly as advertised. Spacious condo with a panaramic view of the beach/gulf of America. Large master suite with windows that open to the beach. Huge den with plenty of seating. Fastest elevators in Destin. My family of seven spent 5 days and weren’t ready to leave.
