Schöner Familienuaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schön gelegen – ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. Die Einrichtung war funktional und vollkommen in Ordnung für unseren Aufenthalt. Besonders gut eignet sich das Haus für Familien, da ausreichend Platz vorhanden ist. Ein Highlight für die Kinder war das Trampolin im Garten, das intensiv genutzt wurde. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos, und der Vermieter war freundlich und bemüht.

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, allerdings sind uns während des Aufenthalts einige Dinge negativ aufgefallen. Obwohl die Müllabfuhr regulär einmal pro Woche kommt, war es laut Vermieter ausdrücklich nicht erlaubt, die Mülltonne am Haus zu nutzen, sobald sie einmal geleert wurde. Stattdessen mussten wir unseren gesamten restlichen Müll selbstständig zu einer etwas entfernten Sammelstelle bringen. Bei einem Wochenpreis von knapp 3.000 € (inkl. 200 € für die Endreinigung) ist das aus unserer Sicht nicht zumutbar. Zudem fallen zusätzliche Kosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher an, was den ohnehin hohen Gesamtpreis weiter erhöht. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unserer Meinung diesbezüglich nicht.
