Travel to another era in the Medieval ARCO Attic!
The Medieval ARCO Attic is a 38m2 flat with terrace. It can accommodate up to 3 people and is located on the first floor without lift. It is located in a small building renovated in 2018 in Fabio Rufino street, in the Pópulo neighbourhood. In the works, a considerable part of the medieval wall of Cádiz, which was hidden in the old building, has been brought to light and has been included as a fundamental axis in the decoration of the flat.
The flat is divided into two floors where, despite its small size, there is space for a spacious living room, a kitchen and a cosy bedroom.
It is located in a pedestrian street in the emblematic Pópulo district, considered the oldest in Europe. A few steps from the flat you will find cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, shops... everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in the city.
On entering the flat you will find a spacious living room with a single sofa bed, a dining area, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the bedroom with a queen-size bed and storage space. From the bedroom, there is access to a 13m2 private terrace equipped with a hot and cold water shower and a seating area.
It is decorated with antiques, kilims and unique recovered vintage pieces.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Nice location but quite busy and noisy. Apartment is quite eclectic and interesting. Not sure that the melting Michelin man picture fit but personal choice. The biggest issue was not being told that the apartment was not vehicle accessible before getting there.

The location was ideal.
The service was excellent.
There were a lot of home furnishings in the accommodation which we had to move out of the way to a safe place. There is not a lot of space in a compact apartment so are all of these pieces necessary.
Also, highlight the corner steps on the stairs for descending to bathroom during the night.

El apartamento es precioso. Aunque el dormitorio es un poco pequeño, la terraza es espectacular. La ubicación tanto del alojamiento como de la agencia resulta muy cómoda para visitar la ciudad. Aunque está en el centro no se oye un ruido por la noche.
Es el segundo año consecutivo que nos alojamos en el edificio, el año pasado estuvimos en el apartamento de la Muralla. Mi intención es volver a reservar con vosotros el año que viene. Creo que se debería tener en cuenta a los clientes recurrentes y que, por ejemplo, no tengan que volver a rellenar el check in o con algún tipo de beneficio extra para poder fidelizar al cliente.
