We enjoyed the apartment and its features. We also thought the location was fabulous.We had significant problems in communication with the host. First, several messages we sent through the VRBO website did not get responded to in a timely manner. on the day of our arrival, we had no communication with the host. It was not until I contacted VRBO for assistance that I was able to get the Wi-Fi passcode. Upon departure, the code to the apartment quit working when we try to enter at 11:15. The checkout time was 12:00. This created more problems for us. Though I called the host, she did not answer, continuing our struggles with communicating with the host.Maria seems like a nice person but when communication fails and issues arise it becomes a big problem without good communication.
