Très beau T2 dans parc montfleury ,proche centre ,au calme 44 bd Montfleury

We chose to stay in this residential park for the second time. The apartment we stayed in last year was already booked, so this time we chose a different one. It is located just a 15-minute walk from the city center, in a very quiet and peaceful area. There is free parking right under the building, which is very convenient. A supermarket and everything you might need for a comfortable stay are nearby. The apartment is spacious enough for two people, with a comfortable mattress and a large balcony overlooking the park. Check-in and check-out went smoothly without any problems.

Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was not as good as last year. There were construction works in the complex, which had not been mentioned in advance. The swimming pool and part of the facilities were in a ruined state, and instead of a nice view of the park, the balcony overlooked the construction site, which spoiled the overall impression. The internet in the apartment was not working, and it seemed that this issue had existed long before our arrival. We contacted our travel agent, Karen, who promised to call the provider, but the problem was never resolved. As a result, we had to spend extra money on mobile internet. Since my husband is recovering from back surgery, we needed a second set of keys to move around independently. Unfortunately, a full set was not provided. Karen left only a spare key, but without access to the complex and the parking area. Thankfully, the concierge — a very kind and helpful woman — assisted us with the missing access. The kitchen equipment was also disappointing. There were no proper pots, only a few small saucepans without lids, old pans and glasses, and mismatched cutlery. Everything looked outdated and in need of replacement, which was surprising for accommodation in France. In addition, there were no convenient bins for waste disposal. The only trash bin was on the kitchen, but it was broken (my husband had to fix it). There were no small bins in the bathroom, toilet, or bedroom, which was quite inconvenient.

Gute Ausstattung der 2 Räume mit Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Geschirspüler, Kühlschrank und WLAN. Die Lage ist etwas auserhalb vom Zentrum aber mit einem Kleinbus gut zu erreichen (leider nicht mehr Abends)

Im Wohnhaus selber waren Renovierungsarbeiten. Jedoch besonders ärgerlich waren die Abrissarbeiten am Gebäudekomplex. Staub und Lärmbelästigung von 9:00 Uhr am Morgen bis 17:00 Uhr am Abend lässt die Hoffnung auf Erholung, sowie das Verweilen auf dem Balkon schnell schwinden. Auch der im Objekt beschriebene Pool war Baustelle und somit nicht nutzbar. Ein Kriterium warum wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden hatten, war das Vorhandensein eines Pools. Die Tiefgarrage, die unter der Baustelle lag, war eine Zumutung aber leider notwendeig, da im öffentlichen Bereich keine Stellplätze wegen der Renovierungsarbeiten vorhanden waren. Trotz mehrmaligen Hinweisen an den Vermieter gab es seinerseitz kein Entgegenkommen. Mit Kenntnis von der Baustelle hätten wir uns nicht für diese FeWo entschieden.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung, mit kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie Zucker, Salz, Zahnstocher und Haushaltsutensilien für die Küche.

Es war ein Parkplatz angegeben, aber die Einfahrtshöhe betrug nur 1,65 m – unser Auto ist höher. Wir mussten es deshalb auf der Straße parken, was etwas beunruhigend war.
