Salobre Las Terrazas 2 is a holiday home for guests who appreciate comfort, natural light and carefully prepared space. Full-height windows at the front and back of the house allow light to move through the living areas during the day, linking the interior with the terrace, small garden and views towards the golf course and sea.
Located in the Las Terrazas complex within Salobre Golf Resort, this property offers a very pleasant way to enjoy the south of Gran Canaria: breakfast outdoors, time in the hot tub, a seat in the back garden, and afternoons after a day at the beach, on the golf course or around Maspalomas.
The property offers 103 m² of living space on a plot of 350 m² and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. The house is distributed over a single level, although there are some steps to access the entrance. Its layout is clear and comfortable: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and a living and dining area with kitchen.
The outdoor areas give the house a lot of character. There is a terrace, covered terrace, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasol, garden, parking and hot tub. The hot tub adds a special rhythm to your stay: morning light, colour at sunset or a moment at the end of the day with the Salobre landscape all around.
Inside, the house continues with that sense of a well-designed home: modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a spacious and practical layout. It includes unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, satellite television, Spanish television, music system, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe, hair dryer, cot and solar panels.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer and blender, as well as an iron and ironing board for longer stays.
Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels, final cleaning and mid-stay cleaning with bed linen change for stays of more than 10 nights.
