Casa dos Capinha

A casa corresponde exatamente ás fotografias. Tudo estava limpo, e extremamente cuidado, denota atenção e carinho em receber os hóspedes de forma a que se sintam em casa.

We (2 people) enjoyed our stay and Francisco was a fantastic host. The location is near to drive to a lot of sights and beaches.

No smart TV

The hosts were so thoughtful, kind and lots of extra little touches / gifts. I LOVED having an outside, dedicated and safe space for me and my dog to chill. And available free on street parking nearby. But these luxuries come at a cost in a city, and in addition there was a 20 euro charge for my 2 night stay for the dog. Beautiful art in the comfy rooms and lots of facilities - thank you.

Property was small and basic but we chose it because we could have a dog there (for a fee of 20 euros). Francisco is very sweet and did the check-in and check-out exactly on time.

The price to quality ratio is completely misaligned. We paid €120 a night in December and I am seeing that over the next six months they are charging between €185 and €195 a night, which you may expect at an oceanfront villa but not here. The house is very small, and because most of the lightbulbs were exposed and extremely bright, we had to use just the two bedroom lamps to light the whole house which wasn't so cozy. If they want to charge premium, I would recommend that they give everything a serious upgrade. I've stayed at guesthouses in Portugal for half the price and double the quality.
