ABID'S PALACE IN TERMINI

Great value, very clean! Comfortable beds, and the family room was perfect for our family of 4 with our kids in the separate attached space with a bunk bed. Was everything we needed and about what we expected. Easy walk from Termini and close to everything - a short walk or cab ride to Rome’s main attractions. Very quiet during our stay. Was nervous after reading reviews about noise but we didn’t hear a peep from anyone else at night. Abid was very nice and accommodating — he was there when we needed to check in, no problems with that, and let us leave our bags for a few hours upon checkout. His sister cleans, and she was very kind and attentive.

The building is old and in disrepair. It’s filthy when you walk in to the lobby and smells bad. The lift doesn’t work which was a problem for us. Perhaps a little care and attention to the shared entrance would make the building feel so much nicer. However when you enter the apartments it is clean and fine.

The accomodation is placed near terminal station of train metro and buses which is very helpful to visit almost every part of the city. The host is very kind and helpful.

The walls of the room are very thin therefore you can hear every movement and noise from the building.

It was very good experience. Such a beautiful environment, clean and tidy, the staff was amazing at an affordable price, I was not prepared for so much, thank you Abid Place for everything, I invite you to come too ✌️

It was super close to anything and able to walk everywhere!

The walls are SO thin and the people next to us were so loud. We also waited an hour to get checked in.
