The view was awesome, the house was very clean, great location, host was very helpful

No air conditioner only a portable industrial fan that was too noisy to use at night. A portable fan for the bedroom would have been nice as it was very uncomfortable sleeping at night as it was quite warm

A memorable introduction to Lombardy

With an amazing lake view, this location truly stands out. Its close proximity to the boat station made visiting various shoreline attractions a breeze. Plus, the friendly and helpful hosts made our stay even better. The villa is comfortably furnished and fully equipped with everything you need.

Due to repairs on the main city road during our stay, we had to use a longer alternative route to reach the villa.

The view was awesome and the kitchen was well equipped. Seating was comfortable inside and out. Easy walking to supermarket and village centre. Quiet location and good parking

A fabulous stay in a wonderful apartment; could not have asked for better.

A fabulous place to stay in Como. Ingrid is a kind and thoughtful host and we very much appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so comfortable. I'm so glad that we picked this location, away from the tourist hustle of places like Bellaggio. When the villa is closed Lleno is a lovely peaceful place to be explored and enjoyed. The apartment was a convenient distance for walking into town. It is clean and well equipped and the neighbourhood is quiet. The views from the balcony and the master bedroom are stunning. We have taken away some wonderful memories; thank you Ingrid.

A wonderful apartment to relax in and enjoy Lake Como. The views from the balcony are as beautiful as the photos. The apartment is spotless, very well equipped, has comfortable beds, nice furniture, lots of cooking utensils, etc. The owner, Ingrid, is very thoughtful about providing everything necessary for an enjoyable vacation. The apartment occupies the entire second floor of the house, and is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the exhaust fumes and noise of the main street. It is just an easy 10 minute walk to the shops, grocery stores, and ferry terminal. The welcome presents in the fridge were very appreciated and we had an absolutely fabulous 9 day holiday. Thank you, Ingrid! We very, very highly recommend this exceptional place to stay!

Wonderful accomodation

You could not fault this apartment. Little treats were left for us and in the owners absence her niece checked us in. Great young girl. An added bonus was a nearby restaurant which was wonderful. 450 meter walk. Would have to be one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in. Name is Ristoranti Pizzeria II Cris

The place was very comfortable, spacious and with a nice design. Perfect for two couples or family - two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms and living room with fully equipped kitchen. We would remember wonderful view from the balcony. Having breakfast with such a view was a memorable experience. Fully recommend!

great property, friendly owner greeted us, wonderful balcony running around with amazing views. it had everything you need including a private parking space and the location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the town and boat station.

The house was very cozy and even better than the pictures showed. Stunning view over lake Como from the kitchen and all the balconies in different directions. It was very clean and fresh and very convenient to have a car park on the property. Ingrid (the host) was very friendly and responded quick on questions etc. I can really recommend this place to anyone.

We had a very pleasant stay for two weeks in the Villa As Compo Marzio. This lovely 2nd floor-apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. It is well decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, just perfect for us (two couples). Great view over the lake and to the mountains from the balcony, our favorite place to sit and relax. Ideally located, about 10 minutes walking distance to the promenade, supermarkets and good restaurants. Not far from the ferry and bus stop. Our hosts, Ingrid and her sister were very friendly and uncomplicated. Definitely hope to be back some day.

Lovely view of the lake and mountains, comfortable beds, nice long balcony, fully equipped kitchen, friendly and helpful hosts during checking in and out, 10min walk to downtown Lenno. Todo perfecto la verdad. Resaltar la limpieza de todo el apartamento y el cuidado. Las camas cómodas. Y muy completas las instalaciones con mucho detalle. Muy cerca de Villa Balbianello. Se puede ir andando. Destacar que a nuestra llegada Ingrid nos dejó en la neveras bebidas y un picoteo. De agradecer.

Een fantastisch verblijf waardoor wij een geweldige tijd in Lenno hebben gehad!

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad, dankzij dit super fijne en mooie huis. Je kijkt uit op het meer, het huis is super schoon, twee badkamers, een fijn balkon aan alle kanten van het huis. De supermarkt was 8 minuten lopen, maar ook het dichtbijgelegen strand was maar 10 minuten lopen. Wij hebben onze auto bijna niet gebruikt. De privé parkeerplaats is ook een groot pluspunt! De gastvrouw en zus zijn allebei erg aardig, behulpzaam en vriendelijk in contact. Bij aankomst stond er drinken in de koelkast, wij voelden ons erg welkom! Wij willen zeker nog een keer terug komen.

Appartamento ben arredato completo in tutto, molto pulito e in zona panoramica e silenziosa. Il terrazzo vista lago è il suo punto di forza, la mattina era un piacere fare la colazione con la vista alba sul lago. Lenno è un piccolo paesino tranquillo in posizione ottimale per raggiungere un po' tutti i luoghi di interesse del lago di Como.

Non saprei, se proprio devo dare una valutazione negativa non è per l'appartamento ma per la via dove è ubicata la casa, è a doppio senso di marcia ma è stretta e due macchine non passano, non capisco perché non è stata fatta senso unico, ma di certo non dipende dal proprietario della casa.

Вилла находится в небольшом городке Ленно, с террасы открывается панорамный вид на горы и озеро Комо. Вилла хорошо оборудована, есть все для длительного проживания и отдыха. Мы провели на вилле 4 ночи и чувствовали себя по-настоящему как дома. Ингрид очень приятная хозяйка, спасибо ей за комплименты по приезду. В доме было достаточно тепло, но хотелось бы больше пледов. Рядом с виллой гуляет котик, у соседей ходит ослик прямо в саду. Очень мило!

Было всего несколько минусов. Нет посудомоечной машины. С обратной стороны виллы заброшенный участок, туда смотреть не стоит. И в одной из спален слишком сильно пахло постельное белье/полотенца стиральным порошком.
