VILLA AS Campo Marzio

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick! Was uns besonders gefallen hat: Gastfreundschaft: Ingrid ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und blitzschnell geantwortet hat. Über das kleine Begrüßungsgeschenk im Kühlschrank haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Ausstattung & Lage: Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag braucht. Aussicht: Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft! Komfort: Ein eigener Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden.

Da wir während einer sehr heißen Periode vor Ort waren, hat sich die Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk naturgemäß stark erwärmt. Eine Klimaanlage ist wie in der Beschreibung angegeben nicht vorhanden, aber die zwei bereitgestellten Ventilatoren sorgen für etwas Abkühlung.

Las vistas son impresionantes e Ingrid y su hermana muy amables. El apartamento tenía prácticamente de todo. La ubicación aunque inicialmente era lejana al paseo, descubrimos un parking al lado del camping que nos hizo la estancia mas agradable evitando tener que subir las cuestas varias veces al día.

Falta aire acondicionado, aunque he de reconocer que dejando las puertas abiertas y las contra-ventanas cerradas al final no se pasaba calor por la noche, eso sí a las 5:30 empezaba el gallo a cantar y había que cerrar, jajajaja.

It is a spacious Apartment with well equipped kitchen and other facilities. From the balcony an amazing view on the Lago di Como😀 The location is OK: 10 min. walk to the supermarket and similar time to the Square with restaurants and small beach. The surrounding is very silent and safe, do its a perfect place to relax and take a distance from loud cities.

Todo perfecto la verdad. Resaltar la limpieza de todo el apartamento y el cuidado. Las camas cómodas. Y muy completas las instalaciones con mucho detalle. Muy cerca de Villa Balbianello. Se puede ir andando. Destacar que a nuestra llegada Ingrid nos dejó en la neveras bebidas y un picoteo. De agradecer.
