Pros: This is a spacious unit in a fantastic location. Nice pool, quick walk to beach. We loved the balcony overlooking beautiful wide canal. Comfortable furniture and beds.
Cons: somewhat outdated. Could be cleaner and better equipped. The drawers and cabinets and closets were messy, disorganized. The towels were all worn out and mismatched, as was the kitchen equipment.

This unit in the Florentine Gardens is ideally located. Although it’s not on the beach, it’s an easy five minute walk to South Beach. The unit is spacious and exceptionally appointed. The facility is clean and the community of the owner/renters is very welcoming. Five stars!
