Great location opposite Icon Mall Nice pool area Breakfast by the pool (limited choices but tasty way to start the day) - Real bacon Great large electronic safety deposit box in room Dekko Sports Bar underneath (multiple screens/sports & good food/staff) Excellent customer service

Room 28 adjacent to reception: Walls/windows thin - Can hear reception (window looks out to hall way used by guests to go to reception) Aircon just cool enough. Running on coldest with highest fan was ok (but at 16deg it definitely wasn’t 16 - I like a cold room) Shower worst ever had in Bali. Over bath but can’t leave on wall mount because it just shoots the water too high to shower. Water pressure bad so had to just hand wash with shower head - needs replacing. The front steps to reception are very steep. Better to go through the entrance to the pool (beside Dekko) & up the stairs past the pool The towels could do with a change (old/stained)

Close to icon, right across the road. Lots of places to eat and walk to. Nice big clean rooms. Pretty good breakfast for what you pay.

The noise. Karaoke and loud music every night till just after 10 pm. Then all the motor bikes leaving after that. Also many rats about. I actually trod on one when I came back one evening which freaked me out so bad. The cigarette smells from the bar at the front drift down to my room.. my key actually fitted in my friends room as well as my own room 3 doors down. I’m guessing all the padlocks on the doors use same key. Bit of security risk here although I didn’t realise this until my last day. I was here 12 days with no problem security wise though.
