the location is great, i walked everywhere. I was there for the bienal it was really easy to find the way. Renato is friendly. To be honest i was a little bit nervous to stay someone's house as a solo traveler, however it was safe enough.
I think price is a little bit too much comparing the facilities.

I liked everything. Excellent location, 2 minutes from the pier and 5-10 minutes to the St. Mark's Square. A very friendly and good- natured owner of the apartment, who also lives there. Renato helped with everything ❤️, met me in the rain 🚘, and offered any assistance he could provide. I am infinitely grateful 🙏🏻 to him. It's a pity that I didn't know how good it would be and was only there for 5 days

Close to major attractions and a good price
The owner lives in the house. I was not made aware of this so it was quite uncomfortable at times.
