Special place

Wow What an amazing place. The cottage is superb, spotlessly clean, everything you need. The hot tub was an amazing bonus, stunning garden, and the views, omg sea views from practically every window, mwnt beach was a 30m walk from the farm along the coastal path. Fantastic property in an amazing location can't wait to return

Everything the house was wonderful so clean and comfortable very homley the hot tub was great, owners were very friendly. The donkeys and horse were very cute. Will be back !!

We had a really lovely time and felt really welcomed and enjoyed the spacious accommodation.

We weren't aware that the rear garden contained swings and a lovely large Hot Tub which the grandchildren enjoyed every evening and a lovely surprise for them.

Gorgeous getaway in Wales

We had the most wonderful stay. The location is absolutely stunning and the house was so well equipped it felt like a home away from home. Anna and Andrew were very friendly and helpful but we also had a sense of privacy throughout our stay. Definitely hope to return in the future!

Lovely peaceful location, hot tub was a lovely bonus after daytime adventures. Short drive to places of interest. Nice gift on arrival and property has everything you need.

The views are lovely and accommodation was very clean. Condiments were provided along with tea/coffee and Milk etc and some chocolates were a nice touch.

Excellent farm house with stunning coastal views

The location is perfect for a family, it is right on a farm where you can pet the Donkeys, the owner took our 7 yo on a tractor ride around the farm, that was the highlight of the trip. The house has a spacious garden at the back with swings for the kids and about 20 minute walk to the coastal walkway with stunning scenery. Would definitely recommend for a family or a group looking for peace and quiet away from the city in a nicely tucked away farm by the sea. Must visit Traeth Mwnt beach by car or about 40 minute walk by the beach.

There is no 4G signal so phones will not be connected to the internet while you are out, however there is a perfectly functional WIFI in the house.

A lovely, peaceful stay by the coast

Everything was brilliant! The house is very remote, located in a farm and surrounded by farmland with amazing coastal views. Mwnt Beach is less than a mile walk away along the coastal path and Cardigan is about a 15 minute drive away too. The house itself was immaculate and had everything in it you could possibly need with a very well equipped kitchen and lots of DVDs, books and games in the living room. There were only two of us but the house can sleep six across three rooms, with plenty of space. The hot tub was very luxurious (with bluetooth to hook up your phone for some tunes!). The owners left us milk in the fridge, a box of chocolates and some carrots to feed the donkeys living on the farm which was a really nice touch. The donkeys quickly became the highlight of the trip! There is absolutely no phone signal but wifi was provided and was pretty quick. We didn't want to leave!

We all enjoyed and felt very welcome

Lovely location. Very peaceful. Lovely cottage with Garden not overlooked. Hot tub and plenty of games to play. Met the owners who said to ask if we needed anything at all. Was a lovely touch that they left us carrots to feed the donkeys and milk in the fridge and chocolates for our arrival. Well equipped kitchen. All together clean and tidy and big enough to have family over for Sunday dinner.

EXCELLENT CHOICE of Stay for a truly Wonderful self catering cottage

Star of the show had to be the Hot Tub, we used it twice during our stay and it was fantastic Easy access to the property, great TV/ Wifi, kitchen and a Nice hot Shower Plenty of moving around Space in the Lounge and Kitchen Fairy lights on the kitchen Ceiling Parking outside the front door The Sweets in the Lounge

Only a couple of minor negatives, the heating supplied from the Owners Cottage went off early in the evening around 7pm No mobile number supplied to text the Owner with any questions. Lighting around the Hot Tub could be better No Phone Signal and I do mean No Phone Service at all, thank god for the provided Wifi and Whatsapp 😉

A great holiday home so close to coastal path .

It’s location overlooking the sea was beautiful- loved loved loved the hot tub . All very clean and tidy with plenty of towels and really helpful hosts. .

Relaxed short break in a very comfortable, well equipped cottage in gorgeous location.

Fabulous location with great sea views and lovely farmland surrounding the holiday home. Really peaceful as no passing traffic. Easy to call into Cardigan for supplies. Cottage really well equipped. Easy access on foot to coastal path. Four friendly donkeys to feed with carrots each day.

Perfect place for a break with two little dogs. Clean, great location for walks and beaches, fully equipped with pretty much anything you could ask for ( including plastic glasses for the hot tub ‘cos these guys think of everything). Great garden, happy, kind hosts.
