We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for us- some of our favorite things included location, the balcony with outdoor table, laundry and fully equipped kitchen.
Nothing! Just a tip to use a translator if you don’t speak fluent Italian because we had a brief miscommunication about the air conditioner; however, once we used the translator it was quickly fixed and Maria was so helpful!

We so enjoyed the picturesque town of Lacco Ameno with its main street closed off so people can easily walk to restaurants and shops. The condo was on the top floor with a panoramic view of the town and mountains. We enjoyed how the market and restaurants were all within easy walking distance so we didn't need a car. When traveling, I find it nice to settle in and do everyday things we do at home like cook our own meals and do our own laundry. The apartment was perfectly equipped for that. My favorite aspect was the gorgeous outdoor patio where we dined and enjoyed the views.
We did not have gas or hot water on our last morning before checkout. We could not reach the host to get this resolved before we left, so we left without showers or having the hot breakfast we had planned for that day. There were guests in the unit below us who checked out the night before and I'm wondering if someone accidentally turned off our fuel then. Also, because the unit had a kitchen, it would have been nice to have soap, a cleaning sponge, and garbage bags readily available.
