Relaxing

The room was spacious and location is quiet and private enough. (This is the guest house off the main villa) Arsa is attentive, friendly and worked hard to make our stay good.

The condition of the room when we arrived wasn’t up to standard. The room was full of mosquitoes and the linen was damp and musty. We had a talk to Arsa and he made immediate improvements. The room needs chairs and a table so you can sit inside. The excuse that it’s a guest house, not a villa, isn’t good enough.

Great stay at Balian beach villas, good location, lovely pool. Would stay ahain

Met by caretaker Arsa - showed us around the premises and explained everything very well He was very happy to book transport and spa treatment, even drove me to the salon. All staff were very nice

A relaxing, quiet stay in a superb location with a stunning pool and view.

Fabulous location. Beautiful view and outlook and a large room. Pool area was great. The hosts were extremely helpful.

The outdoor kitchen/ bar could've had a few more utensils and more crockery available. Lighting was low in the bathroom and a couple more hooks in the bathroom would be useful.

Everything about the Beach Villa was amazing. The location, the pool and Arsa was so helpful going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable showing me around the local sights and places to eat

Have stayed in the big villa before. The property is even more rundown this year and overpriced. Stayed in In the little villa this year - there is nowhere to sit down at a table inside. Very uncomfortable to only have exterior pool lounges and high bar chairs. It is 3 times the price of other places I have stayed at balian and for this I would expect all linen and towels to be changed every 2- 3 Days . Arsa does his best but no amount of scrubbing should it be done will make a difference to the shower recesses. Only one pillow each is not enough . The pillows are too high and there is no other choice.

so relaxing, lovely pool, great surf out front… close to all local restaurants

we enjoyed being close to the river with a nice vista and also being able to walk out the gate straight onto the beach and access to the surf. Arsa, our host was excellent and spoilt us with fresh coconuts and papaya and took me to the local hospital to see a doctor. we will stay here again.

as it was sometimes wet it would’ve been good to have a verandah and lounges undercover so we didn’t have to sit in on the bed inside the room. we were staying in the single stand alone villa .

Our stay was amazing. Arsa was so helpful and always checked in on us to made sure we had everything we needed. Located right on the beach and in walking distance of all you could want - yoga, restaurants, surf, night markets etc!

Great area and great host.

Great location, lots of warungs to eat at. Arsa our host was very good and helpful.

No hairdryers and could have more toiletries and air conditioning in main living areas.
