Location fantastic and breakfast was amazing
The sliding door leading out to bathroom did not work well at all, no fridge in the room.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with organising scooter hire, transport, washing etc

We loved our stay at the front beach resort where you can watch the surf from the pool or restaurant. Rooms are built Balinese style and the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Good at the restaurant was well priced and delicious with many options available. They have massage, sauna, hot and cold plunges available. The rooms are services everyday. They provide a jug of mineral water each day and tea and coffee and a jug. Breakfast is included and delicious. Best place to stay in Balian Beach if you want to stay beach front and not pay too much.
Everything was great. Fridge in the rooms would be a nice treat.

Pool and ocean view
Dirty shower, toilet and rooms. Not enough care taken. Paper thin walls so you can hear everything your neighbour says.
