About this villa rental
Peace and tranquility is what you are breathing in this relaxing enclave of the island. Lovely stone house, recently restored, all on one floor, except the stairs in the old mill.
Located in the countryside, on a dead end street, only surrounded by nature. Búger, the town to which it belongs, is only a couple of kilometers away.
The garden and outdoor area is natural, calm and relaxed, it has a large kidney shaped pool, surrounded by grass. The house is located near a wooded area, for this reason, you cannot light a fire. So the house has an electric barbecue. Everything you need to enjoy the Mallorcan day and night.
The house, all on one level, is bright and fresh thanks to its beautiful vaulted ceilings.
The passage of life in the house is very comfortable, it consists of a fully-equipped kitchen-dining room, 3 double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms.
This house can be rented for 4 people with this rate. If there are up to 6 people, please contact us.
For those who like to know every corner of the destinations where they travel, due to its location it is ideal as a starting point, it could be said that it´s half way from any point on the island.

A beautiful house, garden and pool. Original with character. I would love to come back to visit again. Very private. You can climb up the tower and look at the view of the mountains and the sea. A good location in the island as you can get everywhere quickly. There is everything you need. (To note, there is no oil, salt, pepper so remember to bring it) Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there another bathroom on the middle floor of the tower. On the diagram, it looks like you have to go through bedroom 3 to get to bedroom 2 but they actually have separate doorways. There is an air conditioner unit which can also be a heater. We had a few small issues that were no one’s fault. The host was very responsive and they were resolved very quickly. We didn’t have a problem with mosquitoes. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

This is a delightful converted mill in a remote and idyllic location in the Majorcan countryside. The villa has everything you would need for a relaxed holiday away from the hustle and bustle. A clean swimming pool, AC and other expected facilities. We really enjoyed our time here and used it as a base to both relax and explore the island by car. The hosts are lovely and I would recommend this place to other travellers.
