It is located 2 m from the "Búger" bus station, 2 km from the "Búger" train station, 2 km from the city of "Búger", 9 km from the "Sa Pobla" supermarket, 19 km from the "Hidropark Alcúdia" water park, 24 km from the "Can Picafort" sandy beach, 24 km from the "Alcanada" rocky beach, 24 km from the "Alcanada Golf" golf course and is located in an ideal area for families and rural setting.
It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 100 m² terrace, barbecue, fireplace, hotplate, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, children's area, private pool, open-air parking, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
The open-plan kitchen, electric, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

House was exactly as described, very comfortable well maintained 2 bed house with everything you will need. Beds very comfortable There are fans in the bedrooms now which makes all the difference in the heat.Outstanding outdoor amenities, great areas for dining, chilling out and cooling off in the fabulous pool. (Note pool is gated so safe for those with small kids)Its based in farmland area with chickens, sheep and horses in surrounding fields, yet so near the motorway ideal if you have a car,, Alcudia 20mins, Palma 30min, Soller 1 hour, polenca etc..nice local villages too.. famous bakery in Búger.Owner lives close by and v helpful.

Au top pour pouvoir se reposer sans bruit en pleine campagne Mayorquine tout en profitant de la piscine,Burger est bien deservi par les autoroutes pour ce deplacer sur l ile , Lina est a l ecoute de ses hotes.
La clim serai un plus en cas de forte chaleur et prevenir les clients que les fourmis sur l ile sont a l affut de la moindre miettes de nourritures

Die Finca ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wird gut gepflegt. Vor allem als Gast wird man durch die Besitzer sehr gut betreut.
Wenn es so heiss ist, so könnte man Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern vertragen.
