About this house rental
Guests love the location and comfort of the home for their extended stays. This private home has three bedrooms, one bath, a living room, and a kitchen with a washer/dryer. There is a dedicated workstation in the 3rd bedroom, perfect for remote workers. The fenced backyard is a favorite of guests who travel with their dogs. (There is a $200 non-refundable fee pet. Limit one dog.) Our home is located on a quiet street near major employers and hospitals. Guest reviews always mention the great location and how easy it is to get to Pineville, Uptown, and shopping. The home is minutes from I-77. You will park in your private driveway and have keyless entry, making check-in and move-in day a snap. An outdoor camera that is easy to identify is located at the front of the house with a motion-sensitive light. Everything will be prepared so you can arrive on your schedule.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was cozy and Bette & Jody were on top of making sure we had everything we need. They were prompt with both communication and addressing any issues that came up along the way. Would recommend their place without a doubt.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house had everything we needed for 3 adults and a baby to stay and was convenient for all the running around we needed to do.

My husband and I came to Charlotte for 2 weeks to visit our son who lives in South end. The Southampton house is just a few miles from downtown, the mall, outlets, groceries and restaurants. It’s a perfect location with a fenced yard that our dogs thoroughly enjoyed.
Bette is a perfect host and has thought of every little thing you might need for a smooth transition into the new environment. She is quick to respond to emails and genuinely cares that you have everything you need for a nice stay.
The home is clean, on a quiet street and has all the amenities you need. We worked remotely from the house for both weeks and had 2 computers, an iPad and 3 cellphones connected at all times. We conducted our offices with no interruption in wireless services.
We will definitely be back.

Quiet neighborhood and close to Charlotte.
Close to restaurants in the South End.
Bette was great and very helpful.
