Welcome to our family-run, thatched holiday home, just 50 metres from the Baltic Sea beach and located directly behind the dune. This idyll offers you the perfect time-out in our small holiday flat 2, which can accommodate up to 4 people on 48 m², surrounded by natural surroundings and the typical coastal landscape.
Inside the flat, you will find a cosy glass veranda with a dining area overlooking our spacious garden and the characteristic windbreaks of the region. The flat is equipped for your complete relaxation and independence: two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and also a bunk bed in the living area, an extra bed is possible on request. Further facilities include a living room with satellite TV, dining area and a kitchen with fridge and freezer compartment, kettle and everything you need for your stay.
In the outdoor area of our approx. 1420 square metre, fenced grounds, we offer plenty of space for relaxation and play. Our own playground awaits our young guests with a pirate tower, two swings, a sandpit and a slide. Adults and active youngsters can borrow bicycles free of charge and there is a table tennis table for sporting matches in the open air.
The area surrounding our holiday home is rich in leisure activities: Bike tours along the Baltic Sea coast, hiking, skating or jogging on the dyke. Canoeing, climbing, horse riding, sailing, surfing, tennis and water skiing are all on offer in the immediate vicinity. Discover the beauty of the Baltic Sea landscape with boat trips in the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft", sightseeing tours of the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund, or enjoy the charm of Warnemünde and Ribnitz-Damgarten as well as the island of Rügen.

Eine kleine, aber doch ausreichende Ferienwohung. Wir sind mit 3 Erwachsenen gereist. Zu 4. Wäre es dann doch ein wenig eng.
Wie beschrieben, liegt die Wohnung direkt hinter der Düne am Wasser. Wunderschön.
Lediglich an der Sauberkeit könnte man ein wenig was tun.
Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.
