2 stylish corner apartments in a perfect location with fabulous city views in multiple directions. This bright and spacious four bedroom, four bathroom space is perfect for groups looking for a luxurious city escape in the heart of Chicago. These identical apartments are located in the same corner of a luxury building on separate floors (11th and 13th floors). The building has a pool and an amazing outdoor rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the skyline and lake. This is the best location in the city!
The Space:
Located in a secure, high-end building in the center of Chicago. This property is comprised of 2 identical two bedroom / 2 bath apartments (4 bedrooms / 4 baths in total) on different floors of the building. You can easily walk or take the elevator between the apartments, as they're separated by just one floor.
Once inside, you're greeted by a light-filled space with windows on every wall. The views during the day are fantastic - but it's even more magical at night! Right out the window, you'll see a unique scene of diverse and historic Chicago architecture with the bustling city below.
Everything is top of line and interior design is a passion of ours - so the furnishing of the unit reflects that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on.
The kitchen and living room are open. Each kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have a 2-person bistro dining table and 3 counter stools for the granite kitchen island. Plenty of room for all guests to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace.
For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Living Room 1: Queen sleeper sofa
Living Room 2: Queen sleeper sofa
We also provide towels, detergent, iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer!
The building has a 24 hour doorman and great amenities including a movie theater, gym, outdoor pool, rooftop "sky lounge" with grilling stations, and a rooftop terrace with sun beds, and lounge seating as well as an indoor area that can be enjoyed during colder weather. The panoramic views from the rooftop are fabulous!

You'll have complete and private access to both apartments as well as building amenities.
The Neighborhood:
The Loop is the heart of Chicago and the most central location in the entire city! You are surrounded by world-class architecture, shopping, theaters, parks, and other sites. You can quickly walk to Millennium Park, the lakefront, the Chicago River, the Magnificent Mile, the Art Institute, and so much more. The Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, and Soldier Field are just a 5 minute ride. Oak Street for luxury shopping and the West Loop restaurant row for world class dining are only 5 minutes away as well!
Getting Around:
Our place is surrounded by trains and buses that will take you anywhere in the city you want to go! Uber and Lyft is also available 24/7. You'll have no trouble getting around without a car.
Parking is not included with our listing, but there are many nearby parking garages close to our building (within a couple blocks). We also suggest using SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book discounted parking. You can usually find reasonable overnight parking for $15 to $25.
Other Things to Note:
Although located on a high floor, this property still receives some ambient noise from the nearby L train, which is normal for apartments in downtown Chicago. We provide ear plugs and noise machines for light sleepers.

Nice and convenient location. Cold in January as the draft was quite strong near closed windows and rules regulating heat at 67 degrees!

The rooms were great, very clean, perfect size. Only complaint was it’s close to the red train and you can hear it, but you get used to it.

The two apartments worked out well for the 6 adults and 6 children. We shared meals together in one of the apartments. We were able to park our cars in nearby lots and then walk everywhere we needed to go. We walked to the Millennium Park to ice skate, we walked to the Riverwalk and strolled down the river, and we walked to the Nederlander Theatre to see a Broadway show. It was a great location to see the sights of Chicago.

Location is fantastic. It is noisy though so use the ear plugs provided or bring your own.Second apartment wasnt cleaned thoroughly and showers in that apartment werent great.The pool is nice but the gym is a bit run down.
